USA publicly traded national homebuilders are contracting to buy land to replace the land on the homes they are currently selling to position themselves for future growth. Amera-Rock purchases the land from the national homebuilders and completes a process called horizontal land development to create finished lots, which the national homebuilders then purchase to build homes on. Horizontal land development infrastructure includes roads, sewers, and utilities and may include entitlement risk.

Amera-Rock is focussed on projects from New Jersey to Florida, which typically take 12 to 36 months from start to finish and range from 25 to approximately 500 lots.
